Meet the Founders
JESSIE RAMIREZ, Owner
A seasoned coach with a commitment to player development, Jessie Ramirez served as the head coach for Thomas More High School for five impactful seasons. His coaching journey continued at the collegiate level as an assistant coach for Carroll University men’s soccer, where he played a vital role in shaping the team’s success. Ramirez’s leadership extends to the club level, earning the Milwaukee City Cup with Croatian Eagles SC in 2021. His coaching philosophy emphasizes holistic player growth, aligning seamlessly with Legacy Sports’ mission.
DEREK MARIE, Owner
Derek Marie, with his extensive background as the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Carroll University, brings a legacy of success and a deep connection to the institution where he once excelled as a student-athlete. His coaching tenure has produced CCIW All-Conference selections and notable achievements, reflecting his commitment to excellence. Marie’s passion for the game and dedication to nurturing talent extend beyond the collegiate realm, making him a driving force in the success of Legacy Sports.
CHRIS BALE, Owner
Chris has been dedicated to soccer for 35 years. After retiring from playing, he embarked on a career as a coach and data analyst. His passion for the sport has led him to blend personal achievements with mentoring aspiring soccer players and coaches. Over the years, he has honed his tactical expertise and developed a keen eye for skill refinement and strategic insights. Chris has coached at all levels, club, junior high, and collegiate. He is committed to leaving a legacy of talent development, providing coaches with strategic insights to win more games, and continuing to grow the beautiful game of soccer that he loves! He is currently an Academy Boys Soccer Coach for Lake Country Football Club (LCFC).
Tomek Miaskowski
The man behind the scenes – known in his professional career as an analyst, Tomek brings logistics to Legacy. With 4 years of collegiate experience as a starter at the goalkeeper position and 11 seasons of coaching at the collegiate level at Carroll University, Tomek brings a passion to goalkeeping training rivaled by no other. Outside of the 18 yard box, Tomek holds over 10 years of analyst and project management experience, making forging the path of your legacy as seamless as possible.
LUKE STELL, Camp Director
Luke has been involved in soccer for most of his life. He was a varsity soccer player for four years at his high school in Illinois and played for four years at Trinity International University from 2016 to 2020. In 2019, he was honored as the NCCAA North Central All-Regional Defender, and in 2020, he was awarded the Timothy Award for Male Athlete of the Year. Luke has experience coaching at the club, high school, and collegiate levels, and is currently an assistant coach for the UW-Parkside Women’s Soccer Team and a club soccer coach for FC Wisconsin Nationals. He has served as a Camp Director for six years and is currently in his second year with Legacy Sports. Luke holds the USSF D License and USC Goalkeeping Level 1 Diploma. His passion lies in helping players reach their potential by focusing on building a strong foundation of fundamentals and instilling values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and compassion on and off the field.
